COMMENT

As you get off at Nogizaka Station on the subway and walk down the bustling Akasaka Street, you will see an unbleached shop curtain: Nogizaka Shin.

  2. I started my journey into cooking after working part-time at a restaurant. I was invited to open this restaurant by Yasuhide Tobita, a sommelier who I worked with at my previous workplace, and I opened it in June last year. I pay particular attention to the balance of colors in all of my dishes. Japanese cuisine goes well with wine, so this time I prepared a colorful hassun dish and a seasonal dish to go with delicious wine.

  1. Though it's located along Akasaka Street, the restaurant has an elegant Japanese atmosphere. In addition to counter seats, there are also semi-private rooms with modern Japanese tables.
