COMMENT

As we approach June, the cold mornings and evenings will subside, and the number of pleasant days will increase day by day, although the heat of the sun can be a bit overwhelming. This time, we thought up some delicious dishes that use KnorrⓇ Chicken Consommé (hereinafter referred to as Chicken Consommé) that can be enjoyed during this time of year.
We imagined this as a palate cleanser for customers who eat our yakitori, and wanted it to be something that would lighten the greasiness of the meat. We think it will taste great when served ice cold. Here, we slowly simmer soft and sweet New harvested onion in a "chicken consommé" base, adding the umami of the animal. We then make a jelly out of the broth, which is full of the umami of both onions and chicken, with gelatin, and when plating, we generously spread it over New harvested onion, which have been given the umami of the animal, and then sprinkle some Parmesan cheese, which has a moist texture and a rich flavor, on top of that to add even more umami and richness, creating a delicious and refreshing dish.
In the future, I would like to aim for innovation in the yakitori industry, combine yakitori culture with Japanese cuisine, and aim to become the world's top.
"KnorrⓇ Chicken Consomme" is made with plenty of chicken extract, meat, and chicken oil made from fresh, domestically produced "old chickens." With its rich, natural chicken flavor, it is a powerful partner for creating unique restaurant flavors in a variety of situations and for use in soups, stir-fries, sauces, stews, and as a seasoning for ingredients.
