Every day I think about what Japanese cuisine is, what kappo is, and what I can do. I think it's always been difficult. I'm in the middle of chasing my dream, and I think my dream is to see what the future holds. I'm grateful for all the customers who come every day and tell me that the food was delicious. I'm looking forward to seeing what I can do for society by cooking Japanese cuisine myself.
Specialty dishes
New harvested onion sauce that the wild vegetables are mixed with is made by mixing New harvested onion in a blender and then heating them to bring out their sweetness, and to balance the flavor with the wild vegetables.

The restaurant has L-shaped counter seats as well as sunken tatami rooms, with seating for up to 30 people.

COMMENT
Musashi-Koyama is a bustling town with a busy shopping district and a high school with a nationally-ranked club. If you walk down a small alley, you will find Soba Kappo Kurata.
