Owner Shotaro Noguchi dreamed of becoming a chef as a child, and after graduating from high school, he embarked on a career in cooking. After working at restaurants such as Ginza Koju and Jingumae Higuchi, he opened Nishiazabu Noguchi in 2022. He has received high praise from many customers for his classic dishes that bring out the best in the ingredients without being eccentric.

The course menu consists of 2 dishes, 3 of which are relatively more than other restaurants, but we don't want our customers to leave feeling unsatisfied. We want them to enjoy the afterglow of their meal.
