COMMENT

Kudanshita is a town close to the moat of the Imperial Palace. After getting off at Kudanshita subway station, avoid the hustle and bustle of Yasukuni-dori street with its many cars and head down a narrow alley. After walking a little further, you will see a black-walled building with a large flower arrangement at the entrance. This is "Kudanshita Kotobukihaku."

  2. I can find inspiration for cooking in the places and scenery I walk around in my daily life, and they can inspire me. Although the COVID-19 situation is quite tough, I would like to continue to work hard to preserve the culture of restaurants and traditional Japanese restaurants.
