I think it's important to touch the ingredients, because I come up with ideas for dishes when I'm in the kitchen or looking at the ingredients. Food is connected to the world, so I hear that more and more people are going to Japan to eat Japanese food, or China to eat Chinese food. I think Japan will see an increase in foreign customers in the future.

  1. I walked through the bustling main street where preparations for the Autumn Festival were quietly underway and into the next alley. When I looked over, I saw a building with a black wooden fence standing quietly. In front of the store was an Inari shrine, and the place exuded a unique and dignified atmosphere. This was Azabu Kadowaki.
