"In the first year or two after opening, we struggled with a lack of customers, so we learned about social media and made efforts such as sending thank-you emails to all customers who visited, which has led us to where we are today. We also make it a child-friendly restaurant and celebrate birthdays with live accordion music, so we value creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere."
