  1. Owner Tomoya Takayama has loved cooking since he was a child, and after graduating from culinary school, he embarked on a culinary career in his hometown of Yokohama. After honing his skills at Japanese cuisine restaurants such as Taigetsu, he opened Chiso Takayama in Shirokane Takanawa in July 2024.
